Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order:

• Check the status of your order on your account page and review the details to see if cancellation is still possible.
• If you are able to cancel your order, the refund will be processed as follows:

For payments made by credit card:

• The amount will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of 3 business days from the date the customer cancels the order.

For payments made using points:

• The points will be refunded in the form of a coupon within 1 business day from the date the customer cancels the order.
• This coupon will be valid for use on the www.mixshopi.com platform for 365 days only, from the date the coupon is issued.

If you are unable to cancel your order yourself, or if you receive an order that has already been canceled, you can return the order within the allowed period.

• إذا اردت إلغاء طلبك، قم بالاطلاع على حالة الطلب في صفحة حسابك وتحقق من التفاصيل لمعرفة ما إذا كان الإلغاء لا يزال ممكنًا.
• إذا قمت بإلغاء طلبك سوف يتم رد قيمة الطلب لك كالآتي:

• في حالة الدفع بأي من البطاقات البنكية: يتم رد المبلغ للعميل خلال 3 أيام عمل بحد أقصى تحسب من تاريخ إلغاء العميل للطلب.
• في حالة استخدام رصيد نقاطك لشراء منتج: يتم رد قيمة النقاط على شكل كوبون خلال 1 يوم عمل يحسب من تاريخ إلغاء العميل للطلب

هذا الكوبون سيكون صالح للاستخدام على منصة www.mixshopi.com   لمدة 365 يوم فقط، تحسب من تاريخ اصدار الكوبون.

• إذا لم تتمكن من اتمام عملية الالغاء من طرفك، او اذا استلمت طلب قد تم الغاءه بالفعل، هنا يمكنك إرجاع الطلب خلال الفترة المسموحة.

Terugbetalingsbeleid:

• Betaling met creditcard: Bij betaling met creditcard wordt het volledige bedrag binnen 3 werkdagen na de datum van annulering door de klant op uw kaart teruggestort.
• Gebruik van punten: Als u uw bestelling geheel of gedeeltelijk met punten heeft betaald, worden de gebruikte punten binnen 1 werkdag na de datum van annulering door de klant in de vorm van een coupon op uw account teruggestort.
• Gebruik van de coupon: De uitgegeven coupon kan 365 dagen na de uitgiftedatum op www.mixshopi.com worden gebruikt.
• Zelf retourneren: Als u uw bestelling niet online kunt annuleren of een reeds geannuleerde bestelling ontvangt, kunt u deze binnen de gestelde retourtermijn retourneren. Volg de retourinstructies op de website of neem contact op met de klantenservice voor hulp.
